My journey into psychology didn’t begin in a classroom — it began with curiosity.
I’ve always been deeply interested in how people think, feel, and respond to life’s challenges. Over time, this curiosity grew into a genuine desire to understand emotional patterns, inner conflicts, and the quiet struggles people often carry without being seen. What started as interest soon became purpose.

My Education
I went on to take Psychology in high school, then formally get trained in it by earning a
BA (Hons) in Psychology from Delhi University, followed by an
MSc in Psychology of Mental Health from the University of Edinburgh.
Along the way, I immersed myself in Extensive practical learning through internships, workshops, and hands-on client exposure across diverse settings in India.

My Accredited Work
I am certified by the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ABNLP) and trained as an EFT Practitioner, allowing me to work not just with thoughts, but with emotional and behavioral patterns at a deeper level.
Through my work, I’ve supported clients navigating stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, relationship concerns, and major life transitions.
My goal has always remained the same: to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward at your own pace.
KnowHOW was created as an extension of this belief — that self-awareness is a skill, emotional balance is learnable, and healing doesn’t have to feel intimidating.
My Approach
My therapeutic style is client-centered at its core, meaning therapy is not about fixing you — it’s about understanding you. Rather than forcing rigid techniques, I integrate tools from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and selected practices from DBT, IPT, and hypnotherapeutic self-work, always tailored to your needs and readiness.
