Cancellation Policy
The client requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled by the client without adequate notice are considered paid cancellations, and fees are non-refundable. Session timings are confirmed 24 hours prior. In the event of last-minute cancellation from the therapist's end, the client will be entitled to an additional 10 minutes in their next scheduled session.
